- +Paid by milestone: 50% to book, 50% before launch.
- +The deposit is non-refundable. It secures your start date and covers the work that begins right away. If you need to postpone, it can be applied to a new start date within 90 days, subject to availability.
- +2 revision rounds included. An extra revision round is $200, invoiced before it begins.
- +If feedback or materials from your side are late, the timeline moves by the same amount of time.
- +You can pause the project for up to 30 days at no charge. After 30 days, a $200 reactivation fee applies. After 90 days, the project is cancelled under our Service and Refund Policies.
- +The site goes live once the final payment is received.
- +Payments are in USD, by bank transfer (ACH or wire) or card. Conversion fees from your bank are yours to cover.

Do I need a brand before a website?
Web plans are for businesses that already have a logo and a clear visual identity. If you do not, Brand Bloom includes your brand and a one-page website in one project.
Who owns the website?
You do. The site is built on your own Squarespace or Shopify account, and you keep full access after launch.
Who writes the text?
You send your text and we refine it. If you would rather have it written for you, add Website copywriting.
What happens after launch?
Your plan includes a support window after launch. After that, Care or Care Plus keeps the site updated month to month.
