When you pay your deposit, LUMEA blocks time in our schedule specifically for your project and begins immediately: the questionnaire, the discovery session, and the brand strategy brief. That work is done before any visual design starts. The deposit covers it.

Money stays as credit.
We hold your project for up to 30 days at no charge. After 30 days, a $200 reactivation fee applies. Beyond 90 days, the project is cancelled and the next scenario applies.

Can I pay the full amount upfront?
Yes. If you prefer to pay the full project fee upfront, we are happy to accommodate that. Contact us before booking to arrange a single payment.
Can I spread the Brand Elevate payments over a longer period?
The three-payment structure is tied to project milestones, not dates. The second payment is due when you approve the identity, not on a fixed calendar date. If you need more time between milestones, the project simply moves at your pace. Talk to us about your timeline before booking.
Is there a payment plan beyond the milestone structure?
The staged payment structure is our payment plan. We do not offer installment plans beyond the milestone structure above. If the investment is not workable right now, Brand Seed is the lowest entry point, and a partial credit toward Bloom applies when you are ready to expand.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (ACH or wire) and card payment through our invoicing system. Payments are in USD. International clients: your bank may charge a conversion fee. That fee is yours to cover.
What if LUMEA misses a deadline?
If a delay on our end pushes the timeline significantly beyond what was agreed, we communicate it proactively and work with you on a resolution. We do not charge rush fees to make up for our own delays. If the delay is on your end, the timeline shifts accordingly.
Do you offer referral discounts?
We do have a referral credit system for past clients who refer new projects that result in a booking. Contact us for details. Discounts on individual services are not something we offer: the pricing reflects the actual work involved.
