Small updates cover up to 1 hour of work a month on Care and up to 3 hours on Care Plus. Unused time does not roll over. Larger changes are quoted separately.

2 or 4 hours of shooting in Miami and nearby, planned from your calendar, with the edited selection. With a monthly plan: $200 for 2 hours or $400 for 4 hours. Without a plan: $150 per hour. We recommend the one that fits your plan: 2 hours usually covers Social Starter (about 8 posts) and 4 hours covers Social Growth (12 to 15 pieces including up to 6 reels). Social Performance includes a shoot every month.
A full day of photo and video for launches and campaigns: 8 hours of shooting. $800 with a monthly plan, $1,200 without.

Your website in English and Spanish, written in your brand voice, not translated word by word. $300 for a one-page site, $700 for up to 5 pages.
Your current logo, redrawn and refined so it works everywhere, with files for every use. $850 with a mini brand guide. A new logo from scratch is Brand Seed.
An assistant that answers calls and messages in English and Spanish, books appointments, sends reminders, and asks for reviews. Salons: $650 one-time setup, then $450 / mo. Clinics: from $1,500 one-time setup, then $750 / mo. Calls and texts are billed separately, based on use.
A VIP list by text and email, one inbox for DMs and comments, and forms behind some posts that give a discount code. No setup fee. Texts are billed at cost, based on use.

Can I get Care if LUMEA did not build my website?
Care is designed for websites built by LUMEA. If your site was built elsewhere, write to us and we will tell you if it is a fit.
Can I cancel Care?
Care is billed monthly. Tell us before your next billing date and it will not renew.
What is in the monthly report?
A short summary of what we checked that month: forms, links, mobile view, domain and email renewals, and search visibility, plus any updates we made.
What if I do not have Care?
Changes are billed at $150 an hour, with a 1-hour minimum, and scheduled as availability allows. Care costs $50 more than a single hour and adds the monthly check and a guaranteed reply time.
What if I need more hours?
Larger changes, like new pages, are quoted separately or added as an add-on.
