Onboarding and strategy
Questionnaire, discovery call, brand strategy brief, mood board, and visual direction approval. Nothing is designed until the strategy is signed off.
Identity design
Logo concepts, color system, typography. Two rounds of revisions on the identity before we move to applications. The identity locks before anything else is built.
Digital applications
Social media templates, photography direction guide, and email signature. Built after the identity is approved, no deviations from the locked brand.
Website build and delivery
One-page Squarespace site built in your account. You provide copy and images. We provide design and build. Final files, guidelines, and closing call.

Project rules,

- +Paid by milestone: 50% to book, 50% before final delivery.
- +The deposit is non-refundable. It secures your start date and covers the work that begins right away. If you need to postpone, it can be applied to a new start date within 90 days, subject to availability.
- +3 revision rounds included. An extra revision round is $200, invoiced before it begins.
- +Feedback is sent in writing, in one consolidated list per round, through the form we share at each presentation.
- +If feedback or materials from your side are late, the timeline moves by the same amount of time.
- +You can pause the project for up to 30 days at no charge. After 30 days, a $200 reactivation fee applies. After 90 days, the project is cancelled under our Service and Refund Policies.
- +Final files are delivered once the final payment is received.
- +Payments are in USD, by bank transfer (ACH or wire) or card. Conversion fees from your bank are yours to cover.
- +Upon final payment, the intellectual property of the final brand files transfers to you.

What do I need to provide for the website?
Your copy (the text for each section) and the photos or images you want used. We provide a content brief that tells you exactly what to write. If you do not have photography, the photography direction guide helps you source appropriate stock images.
What platform is the website built on?
Squarespace. Simple to manage, no developer needed, and well-suited for service businesses. If you already have a Squarespace site, the design is built within your existing account. If not, we set it up together at onboarding.
Can I use the Canva templates without a paid account?
Yes. The templates work with a free Canva account. Brand fonts are embedded in the template so they appear correctly without a Pro subscription.
What if I need a second page on the website?
Bloom includes one page. Additional Squarespace pages can be added from $250 to $400 per page, depending on how custom the page is. If you know you need a multi-page site from the start, Brand Elevate is the right fit.
Can I upgrade from Brand Seed to Brand Bloom?
Yes. If you completed a Brand Seed with LUMEA, a partial credit applies toward Bloom. Contact us with your project details and we will provide a specific upgrade quote.
What is the payment structure?
50% to book your project start date, 50% before final delivery. Bank transfer and card payment accepted.
