Clear agreementsmake good work possible. Here is what working with us means.

We do the work.
You own the result.
These terms exist to make sure both sides know what to expect. You bring your business and your trust. We bring our process and our commitment. At the end, the work is yours.
- Every project starts with a written proposal both parties agree to
- Feedback goes through a structured form, not informal messages
- Final files and IP transfer to you after the last payment is made
- LUMEA may show completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise
- Disputes are resolved under the laws of Florida, United States
Written first
Every project begins with a written proposal. Your deposit confirms you have read and accepted it. No verbal agreements.
Structured feedback
Feedback through a form at each stage. Not email threads, not voice notes, not informal messages. This protects the timeline and the work.
Scope in writing
Anything not in the original proposal is out of scope. Changes are confirmed in writing and invoiced before work on them begins.
IP transfers on payment
Intellectual property transfers to you when the final payment clears. Not before. Files are released at the same time.
The services
LUMEA WORLD™ provides brand design services: brand identity systems, visual design, website design and build, social media system design, and related creative services. Every engagement is defined by a written proposal that outlines scope, deliverables, timeline, and investment before any work begins.
Project agreements
Your project starts with a written proposal. By paying the deposit, you confirm that you have read and accepted the proposal and these Terms. Any changes to scope after work has begun require a written amendment. LUMEA is not obligated to accept out-of-scope requests, and those requests may affect the timeline and the total cost.
Your responsibilities
- Consolidated feedback through the structured form at each presentation stage
- Accurate and complete content (copy, images, business information) by agreed deadlines
- Responses to project communications within 5 business days. Delays push the timeline
- One point of contact per project to avoid conflicting feedback
Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds, clearly stated in the proposal. A revision round is one complete, consolidated set of feedback submitted through our structured form. Additional rounds beyond those included are available at $200 per round, invoiced and paid before they begin.
Ownership of the work
Once your final payment clears, all intellectual property rights in the final, delivered work transfer to you. You can use it commercially, modify it, and work with other designers on it without restriction and without ongoing fees.
Work-in-progress, unused concepts, and any material not included in the final delivered package remain LUMEA's property and may not be used by you in any form.
LUMEA retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials. If you need your project kept confidential, request it in writing before the project closes.
Confidentiality
We treat everything you share with us as confidential. We do not share your business strategy, project files, or client information with third parties without your written consent, except where legally required.
Our liability
LUMEA's total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the fees paid for that specific project. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome from the use of your brand identity.
Website use
By using lumeaworld.com, you agree not to copy, reproduce, or repurpose any content or design from this site without written permission from LUMEA WORLD™.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes are resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Common questions about working with LUMEA.
Not here? Ask us directly and you get a plain answer.
What happens if I need to pause a project?
If you need to pause, let us know in writing. We hold your project for up to 30 days at no charge. After 30 days, a $200 reactivation fee applies to reschedule your slot. Projects paused for more than 90 days are considered cancelled.
Can I bring in my own designer to finish the work?
Once the final payment is made and files are delivered, the work is yours and you can do whatever you need with it. If the project is not yet complete, files stay with LUMEA until the final invoice is settled.
What if I disagree with the direction LUMEA takes?
The direction approval step that happens before any logo is developed is specifically there to prevent this. If a disagreement arises during production, we go back to the approved direction document as the reference. Feedback that contradicts the approved direction may be treated as a scope change.
What counts as out of scope?
Anything not listed in the original written proposal. Common examples: additional logo variations beyond those included, social templates in a Brand Seed project, or extra website pages in Brand Bloom. When in doubt, ask before assuming it is included.
Can LUMEA show my brand in their portfolio?
Yes, by default, as stated in these Terms. If you need full confidentiality, request it in writing before the project closes and we will honor it completely.
