- +Paid by milestone: 40% to book, 40% after identity approval, 20% on final delivery.
- +The deposit is non-refundable. It secures your start date and covers the work that begins right away. If you need to postpone, it can be applied to a new start date within 90 days, subject to availability.
- +Up to 3 revision rounds included. An extra revision round is $200, invoiced before it begins.
- +Feedback is sent in writing, in one consolidated list per round, through the form we share at each presentation.
- +If feedback or materials from your side are late, the timeline moves by the same amount of time.
- +You can pause the project for up to 30 days at no charge. After 30 days, a $200 reactivation fee applies. After 90 days, the project is cancelled under our Service and Refund Policies.
- +Final files are delivered once the final payment is received.
- +Payments are in USD, by bank transfer (ACH or wire) or card. Conversion fees from your bank are yours to cover.
- +Upon final payment, the intellectual property of the final brand files transfers to you.

How many pages does the website include?
5 to 7 pages, defined together during onboarding. Standard pages include Home, About, Services, and Contact. Additional pages can be added from $250 to $400 per page, depending on how custom the page is.
What is the print or packaging item? Can I choose?
Yes. You choose from: a two-sided brochure or service menu, a sticker sheet, a product hang tag, or a packaging label. If you have a specific item in mind, confirm before booking that it falls within scope.
What does the 30-day post-launch support include?
Questions answered within 24 business hours, minor content adjustments to the website, guidance on applying the identity in new contexts, and clarification on guidelines usage. It does not include new design work or additional templates.
Can I upgrade from Brand Seed or Bloom to Elevate?
Yes. Clients who completed Brand Seed or Bloom with LUMEA receive a partial credit toward Elevate. Contact us with your project details for a specific upgrade quote.
Do you work with businesses outside Miami?
Yes. LUMEA works remotely with clients across the US and internationally. All sessions, presentations, and reviews are conducted via video call. Time zone coordination is handled at onboarding.
What is the payment structure?
Three payments: 40% to book, 40% after identity approval, and 20% on final delivery. Bank transfer and card payment accepted.
